A sudden and extreme health event transformed me from a successful and accomplished young business woman, to a brand-new mother with long term and frequent hospitalizations, on full dialysis, legally blind and physically challenged. I felt paralyzed in this new world and uncertain how to move forward in my new body and in my new life.
