Support and her ingenious exercises

I sought Caroline’s help in a time of distress. Not only has she helped me navigate through that time, but she has also always seen through me, read between the lines and encouraged me to look twice and dig a little deeper. With her support and her ingenious exercises, I have gained a deeper understanding of everyday mechanisms and patterns controlling my life and actions. Through this understanding, I was able to free myself from things holding me back.
